You know, I think the phrase "Disney is the happiest place on earth" is one one of those lies that they think becomes true if repeated enough. I saw more kids crying, screaming, pouting and just generally unhappy there than probably all of my previous travels combined.
But yeah, it's a lot of fun and great memory-making for the kids. I'd recommend it to anyone w/ kids old enough to engage with the characters and big enough to ride at least half of the rides.
