Lincoln's 6th

Lincoln's 6th Birthday Party was a big hit, with a Retro Dog theme, a mix of family and friends, some great food and a fantastic cake.
And on the following day, we visited the Birthday Party of our friend, Collin. Collin's family brought in a music teacher to have some fun with the kids. He brought a kid-friendly soundtrack, lots of instruments and the kids had a blast. The bouncy house was a hit, too.

Easter was a great day of worship at church and time with family.

Jenn put together another great cake. The bottom was Root Beer w/ Cream Soda buttercream while the top was Key Lime w/ Coconut buttercream and a Key Lime & Coconut filling between the layers.

Ledges in April

As it seems like the never-ending-winter of 2014 in northeast Ohio has finally let up, we went to the Ledges for a picnic dinner and a walk. What a difference a year makes. Lincoln is even more independent on the trails, and Lydia and Henry are much more interested in exploring than they were last year. It's going to be a fun year in the National Park.
